The guarantee.
A number we're sure of, in writing, before you pay. Miss it, and every dollar of your campaign fee comes back.
The guarantee
Your guaranteed number of booked appointments in 30 days, or your campaign fee back.
We size the guarantee to your list before you pay, so it's a number we're sure of. If we fall short, you get 100% of your campaign fee back. Not a credit, and not more free work. The money.

An appointment counts when someone from your list books a specific time on your calendar and doesn't cancel within 24 hours. Every guarantee is worth at least the campaign fee. A booked dental visit is worth about $300 to a practice. For a real estate team we guarantee booked appointments, not closings.
- Enough people we can contact: at least 1,000 past patients for a dental practice (2,500 if most were last seen 2–4 years ago), or 2,000 leads for a real estate team (4,000 if most are 2–4 years old)
- People from your own records, forms, ads or calls, with proof of permission for anyone we call
- About 10 open slots a week on your calendar
- The 30 days start when texting is approved and we have your list
- You call back the people we book
Questions
Straight answers.
Will my leads know it's an AI?
Yes. It says so in the first sentence, along with your business's name and that the call is recorded. People mostly care whether it's useful, and it gets straight to the point.
What if someone gets annoyed?
The moment anyone says stop, not interested or wrong number, the AI apologizes, ends the call, and that person is never contacted again on any channel. No one gets more than three touches in a day.
Is this legal?
We only call people whose sign-up covered automated calls, check every number against the Do Not Call list, and stay inside calling hours. Everyone else gets texts or email they're allowed to receive. We'll show you exactly how your list sorts on the audit call.
What do I need to do?
Export your old leads (any CRM or spreadsheet works: HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Follow Up Boss), approve the messages, answer the leads who text back (each reply comes straight to you), and show up to the appointments. We do the rest.
What counts as a booked appointment?
A lead from your list who books a specific time on your calendar and doesn't cancel within 24 hours. You see every one by name.
What does it cost?
Two parts, both quoted on your audit call and written into your agreement before you pay: a one-time setup fee, and the campaign fee, which depends on the size and age of your list. If we miss the guaranteed number, every dollar of the campaign fee comes back. The setup fee covers the work before launch and isn’t refunded.
How fast does it start?
About seven days from your audit call, most of which is carrier approval for texting. Bookings start in the first days of the campaign.
