Works with the CRM you already use
AI lead reactivation · a done-for-you service
The leads you already paid for, finally called back.
Every business has a list it stopped working: quotes that never closed, forms nobody followed up, numbers that went to voicemail once. We take that list, sort it by the consent each person gave, and work it for 30 days with AI calls, texts and emails in your name. Our AI caller books the people still interested while they’re on the phone, and anyone who texts back comes straight to you, so you can answer while they’re warm.
Hi Chris, it's Amanda from Northgate Realty. We just tried calling you. You got in touch with us about a home search in March. Is it still on your list? Reply STOP to opt out
Yes actually. Never got around to it.
Can someone call me after 5?
The offer
We work every old lead in your CRM. You get the appointments.
AI calls
A natural AI voice calls every lead who gave permission, in your business's name. It says it's an AI, asks what happened, and books the people still interested.
Texts
A short text after a missed call and a follow-up a few days later. When someone texts back, their follow-ups stop and the reply comes straight to you by text and email.
Emails
A personal note, a seasonal check-in and a last "should we close your file?" Written in your voice, approved by you before anything goes out.
Guaranteed. Your number of booked appointments in 30 days, or every dollar of your campaign fee back.

The problem
Your pipeline leaks. Every single day.
1 of 5
- You fill it.Ads, clicks, quotes, calls. Every lead costs you money, and lands in your CRM ready to talk.
- Nobody calls back in time.Reach a lead within the hour and they're 7× more likely to qualify. Most get a call the next day, if at all.Harvard Business Review, 2011
- One call, then nothing.Only 14% of people pick up an unknown number. One missed call and the lead is quietly written off.Hiya, State of the Call 2026
- The quote goes out. Nobody chases it."Let me think about it" turns into months of silence. Your CRM fills with people who were ready, just not that day.
- We plug the holes and pump them back.Every lead you're allowed to contact hears from you again, and the ones still interested land on your calendar.
Your part
Here's everything you do. We handle the rest.
- 1
Book a free 30-minute audit
We count your old leads, check how they signed up, and tell you the number of appointments we'd guarantee.
- 2
Send your list and approve the messages
Export from any CRM or spreadsheet. Read the call script, texts and emails, and tell us what to change.
- 3
Answer replies and show up
When a lead texts back, the reply comes straight to you so you can answer while they’re warm. Each appointment lands on your calendar with a text and an email telling you who it is and what they asked about.
Cleaning the list, every call, text and email, a reminder the day before each appointment, and the weekly report are on us. If we miss the number, every dollar of your campaign fee comes back.
See the full 30-day planWhy they went quiet
Why buyer and seller leads go cold. Most never said no.
Four of the most common reasons buyer and seller leads stall. None of them is “not interested”, and every one can change.
- 01
They were early in the process.
Many online home-search leads are months, sometimes years, away from moving. They registered to browse, and the follow-up stopped long before they were ready.
- 02
They were waiting on rates or prices.
Buyers paused for rates, sellers paused for prices. Both stopped answering while they waited.
- 03
Life changed the timeline.
A lease renewed, a job changed, a parent moved in. The move got pushed, not cancelled.
- 04
The follow-up ended too soon.
A few calls and an automated drip, then nothing. Real estate timelines are long, and most follow-up is short.
Where the leads come from
Open-house sign-in sheets rarely carry consent wording for automated calls. IDX and portal forms vary, so we check what yours actually said.
- Portal leads
- IDX website registrations
- Open-house sign-ins
- Home-valuation pages
- Sphere and past clients
- Paid social ads
What your leads hear
Calm, clear, and in your name.
Every call opens the same way: who’s calling, that it’s an AI, and that the call is recorded. Then one easy question.
The first two lines
Hi Chris, this is Ava, an AI assistant calling for Northgate Realty about the home search you started with us. This call is recorded.
Are you still thinking about a move, or have plans changed?
- AI and recording disclosed before anything else
- No prices, discounts or deadlines, ever
- “No” is accepted the first time
- Two real times from your calendar
If they say
“We’re waiting for rates to drop.”
AvaThat’s understandable. Amanda can go over what’s on the market now and what a move might look like, so you’re ready when the timing’s right. Would Tuesday at 6 or Saturday at 10 work?
If they say
“We’re already working with an agent.”
AvaThanks for letting me know, and good luck with the search. I’ll close your file.
If they say
“I’d want to know what our house is worth first.”
AvaThat’s a good place to start. Amanda can put together a value based on recent sales nearby and walk you through it. Would Thursday at 5 or Saturday at 11 work?

Good timing helps. Fake urgency doesn’t.
Old leads respond better when there’s a real reason to hear from you. For real estate teams, these are the ones worth using, and only when they’re true for that person.
Late winter and spring
Many buyers and sellers restart when the spring market picks up. A check-in in February or March lands well.
Before a lease ends
If a renter told you their lease month, two to four months ahead is the right time.
When there’s real news nearby
For seller leads: “a few homes near you have sold since we last spoke, would an updated value help?” Only when it’s true.
Never used: invented deadlines, “prices going up”, fake scarcity, or discounts you didn’t approve.
Real estate questions
The specifics, answered.
What happens if the lead is now working with another agent?
The AI thanks them, closes the file and doesn’t try to win them over. If you’re a Realtor, the NAR Code of Ethics restricts soliciting clients who are exclusively represented by another broker, and it’s simply good manners.
Can you call my portal and IDX leads?
If the consent covers it. Portal and IDX forms vary: some cover calls from the agent the lead was matched with, some don’t mention automated calls at all. We check your sources on the audit call.
Does it book buyer consultations or listing appointments?
Both. Buyer leads get a consultation; seller leads get a valuation appointment. Since the 2024 changes to commission practices, many brokerages need a written buyer agreement before touring, so the AI books the consultation first rather than a showing.
My leads are three years old. Too old?
Real estate runs on long timelines, so older leads are often still in play. For a list that’s mostly two to four years old, the guarantee is sized lower and needs at least 4,000 leads we can contact, rather than 2,000.
