Works with the CRM you already use
AI lead reactivation · a done-for-you service
The leads you already paid for, finally called back.
Every business has a list it stopped working: quotes that never closed, forms nobody followed up, numbers that went to voicemail once. We take that list, sort it by the consent each person gave, and work it for 30 days with AI calls, texts and emails in your name. Our AI caller books the people still interested while they’re on the phone, and anyone who texts back comes straight to you, so you can answer while they’re warm.
Hi Kevin, it's Rachel from Harbor Insurance Group. We just tried calling you. You got in touch with us about an insurance quote in March. Is it still on your list? Reply STOP to opt out
Yes actually. Never got around to it.
Can someone call me after 5?
The offer
We work every old lead in your CRM. You get the appointments.
AI calls
A natural AI voice calls every lead who gave permission, in your business's name. It says it's an AI, asks what happened, and books the people still interested.
Texts
A short text after a missed call and a follow-up a few days later. When someone texts back, their follow-ups stop and the reply comes straight to you by text and email.
Emails
A personal note, a seasonal check-in and a last "should we close your file?" Written in your voice, approved by you before anything goes out.
Guaranteed. Your number of booked appointments in 30 days, or every dollar of your campaign fee back.

The problem
Your pipeline leaks. Every single day.
1 of 5
- You fill it.Ads, clicks, quotes, calls. Every lead costs you money, and lands in your CRM ready to talk.
- Nobody calls back in time.Reach a lead within the hour and they're 7× more likely to qualify. Most get a call the next day, if at all.Harvard Business Review, 2011
- One call, then nothing.Only 14% of people pick up an unknown number. One missed call and the lead is quietly written off.Hiya, State of the Call 2026
- The quote goes out. Nobody chases it."Let me think about it" turns into months of silence. Your CRM fills with people who were ready, just not that day.
- We plug the holes and pump them back.Every lead you're allowed to contact hears from you again, and the ones still interested land on your calendar.
Your part
Here's everything you do. We handle the rest.
- 1
Book a free 30-minute audit
We count your old leads, check how they signed up, and tell you the number of appointments we'd guarantee.

Answer replies and show up
When a lead texts back, the reply comes straight to you so you can answer while they’re warm. Each appointment lands on your calendar with a text and an email telling you who it is and what they asked about.
Cleaning the list, every call, text and email, a reminder the day before each appointment, and the weekly report are on us. If we miss the number, every dollar of your campaign fee comes back.
See the full 30-day planWhy they went quiet
Why insurance quotes go cold. Most never said no.
Four of the most common reasons insurance quotes stall. None of them is “not interested”, and every one can change.
- 01
Their renewal wasn’t due yet.
They shopped early, liked the quote and planned to switch at renewal. When renewal came, nobody called, and the old policy simply rolled over.
- 02
Switching felt like work.
New cards, a call to the mortgage company, a new app. Staying put was easier, even when the new quote was better.
- 03
The quote changed once the details came in.
Driving records, claims history or an inspection moved the number. Instead of asking why, many people just went quiet.
- 04
Another agent answered first.
Online shoppers often request quotes from several places. The first agent to reach them usually gets the conversation.
Where the leads come from
Purchased internet leads are the riskiest part of most agency lists. Unless the consent clearly named your agency, they’re left out.
- Website quote forms
- Referral partners: lenders, realtors, dealers
- Inbound calls and walk-ins
- Clients with only one policy
- Life events: new home, new driver
- Purchased internet leads
What your leads hear
Calm, clear, and in your name.
Every call opens the same way: who’s calling, that it’s an AI, and that the call is recorded. Then one easy question.
The first two lines
Hi Kevin, this is Ava, an AI assistant calling for Harbor Insurance Group about the home and auto quote you asked us for. This call is recorded.
Did you end up switching, or are you still with your current company?
- AI and recording disclosed before anything else
- No prices, discounts or deadlines, ever
- “No” is accepted the first time
- Two real times from your calendar
If they say
“I’m happy with who I have.”
AvaGood to hear. Some people still like a second look at renewal, just to make sure nothing’s changed. Should I leave it there, or would a short review with Rachel closer to your renewal be useful?
If they say
“Can you just text me a price?”
AvaI can’t quote, because it depends on your details and a licensed agent has to go over it with you. Rachel can do that on a short call. Would Tuesday at 11 or Wednesday at 4 work?
If they say
“Last time the price went up after I gave you all my information.”
AvaI’m sorry, that’s frustrating. Rachel can walk through what changed and why, so you know what drives the number before you decide anything. Would Monday at 10 or Thursday at 3 work?

Good timing helps. Fake urgency doesn’t.
Old leads respond better when there’s a real reason to hear from you. For insurance agencies, these are the ones worth using, and only when they’re true for that person.
Ahead of renewal
A few weeks before their current policy renews is when a quote can actually be acted on. If your notes have their renewal month, we use it.
After a renewal increase
If the lead mentions their renewal went up, it’s a natural reason to offer a review. The AI never guesses at their premium or promises a lower one.
After a life change
A new home, a new teen driver, a new car. The AI asks whether anything has changed, because that’s when coverage really needs a look.
Never used: invented deadlines, “prices going up”, fake scarcity, or discounts you didn’t approve.
Insurance questions
The specifics, answered.
Does the AI need an insurance license?
It doesn’t sell, quote or advise. It asks whether someone is still shopping and books time with your licensed agents. Coverage, rates and policy terms are left entirely to licensed people, which is broadly how states treat unlicensed staff too. Check your state’s rules if you’re unsure where the line sits.
Can you call internet leads I bought?
Only if the consent clearly covered calls from your agency. Many purchased leads consented on a comparison site that listed a long line of partners. Those are left out.
Can it cross-sell my existing clients?
Yes, as a separate group: “you have your auto with us, would a quote on your home be useful?” The same consent rules apply to clients as to leads.
What about Medicare or health insurance leads?
Leave them out unless your compliance team has signed off. Medicare plans in particular come with their own federal marketing rules, including limits on unsolicited contact, that a general reactivation campaign isn’t built around.
