Works with the CRM you already use
AI lead reactivation · a done-for-you service
The leads you already paid for, finally called back.
Every business has a list it stopped working: quotes that never closed, forms nobody followed up, numbers that went to voicemail once. We take that list, sort it by the consent each person gave, and work it for 30 days with AI calls, texts and emails in your name. Our AI caller books the people still interested while they’re on the phone, and anyone who texts back comes straight to you, so you can answer while they’re warm.
Hi Sarah, it's Tom from Oakline Remodeling. We just tried calling you. You got in touch with us about a kitchen remodel quote in March. Is it still on your list? Reply STOP to opt out
Yes actually. Never got around to it.
Can someone call me after 5?
The offer
We work every old lead in your CRM. You get the appointments.
AI calls
A natural AI voice calls every lead who gave permission, in your business's name. It says it's an AI, asks what happened, and books the people still interested.
Texts
A short text after a missed call and a follow-up a few days later. When someone texts back, their follow-ups stop and the reply comes straight to you by text and email.
Emails
A personal note, a seasonal check-in and a last "should we close your file?" Written in your voice, approved by you before anything goes out.
Guaranteed. Your number of booked appointments in 30 days, or every dollar of your campaign fee back.

The problem
Your pipeline leaks. Every single day.
1 of 5
- You fill it.Ads, clicks, quotes, calls. Every lead costs you money, and lands in your CRM ready to talk.
- Nobody calls back in time.Reach a lead within the hour and they're 7× more likely to qualify. Most get a call the next day, if at all.Harvard Business Review, 2011
- One call, then nothing.Only 14% of people pick up an unknown number. One missed call and the lead is quietly written off.Hiya, State of the Call 2026
- The quote goes out. Nobody chases it."Let me think about it" turns into months of silence. Your CRM fills with people who were ready, just not that day.
- We plug the holes and pump them back.Every lead you're allowed to contact hears from you again, and the ones still interested land on your calendar.
Your part

Answer replies and show up

Cleaning the list, every call, text and email, a reminder the day before each appointment, and the weekly report are on us. If we miss the number, every dollar of your campaign fee comes back.
See the full 30-day planWhy they went quiet
Why remodel estimates go cold. Most never said no.
Four of the most common reasons remodel estimates stall. None of them is “not interested”, and every one can change.
- 01
The estimate didn’t match the number in their head.
TV shows and online photos set expectations. The real estimate stopped them, and most people would rather go quiet than say so.
- 02
They waited for a better time.
After the holidays, after school ends, after the bonus. The better time came and went, and so did the follow-up.
- 03
They got stuck on decisions.
Layouts, cabinets, tile, finishes. Some homeowners get overwhelmed and stop answering rather than admit they’re stuck.
- 04
They were waiting on the money.
A home equity line, a refinance or savings that hadn’t come together yet. Many projects are postponed, not cancelled.
Where the leads come from
Home-show and showroom sign-up sheets rarely include consent wording for automated calls. Website forms sometimes do. We check each source before anyone gets a call.
- Website and design-site inquiries
- Home shows
- Showroom visits
- Past clients and referrals
- Google and social ads
- Realtor and designer referrals
What your leads hear
Calm, clear, and in your name.
Every call opens the same way: who’s calling, that it’s an AI, and that the call is recorded. Then one easy question.
The first two lines
Hi Sarah, this is Ava, an AI assistant calling for Oakline Remodeling about the remodel estimate we put together for you. This call is recorded.
Is the project still something you’re planning, or did plans change?
- AI and recording disclosed before anything else
- No prices, discounts or deadlines, ever
- “No” is accepted the first time
- Two real times from your calendar
If they say
“We’re still saving up for it.”
AvaThat makes sense, it’s a big project. Tom can talk through ways to phase the work, so you know what’s possible now and what can wait. Would Thursday at 4 or Saturday at 9 work for a walk-through?
If they say
“We haven’t even decided what we want.”
AvaThat’s what the first meeting is for. Tom can bring ideas and help you narrow it down, with no decisions needed on the day. Would Tuesday at 5 or Saturday at 10 work?
If they say
“I’m worried about living without a kitchen for months.”
AvaThat’s one of the most common worries. Tom can walk you through the schedule and how the house stays livable during the work. Would Wednesday at 4 or Saturday at 9 work?

Good timing helps. Fake urgency doesn’t.
Old leads respond better when there’s a real reason to hear from you. For remodelers, these are the ones worth using, and only when they’re true for that person.
Early in the year
January and February are when many homeowners plan the year’s projects. A check-in then reads as planning, not pressure.
Before they host
By late summer, people start asking whether a kitchen could be done before the holidays. It’s an honest question, with an honest answer from your schedule.
When your schedule opens
If you have a real gap in production in the next few months, saying so is true and useful to someone who wanted to start.
Never used: invented deadlines, “prices going up”, fake scarcity, or discounts you didn’t approve.
Remodeling questions
The specifics, answered.
My estimates are years old. Are they still worth calling?
Often, yes. Remodels are often postponed rather than cancelled, and a kitchen that needed work three years ago usually still does. We size the guarantee lower for lists that are mostly two to four years old, and don’t guarantee a number on lists older than that.
Will the AI talk about design, scope or budget?
No. It may ask which room and roughly when they’d like to start, because that helps you prepare. Design, scope and budget are for the walk-through.
Do my texts and emails need my license number?
In some states, yes. California, for example, requires a contractor’s license number on advertising. If your state has a rule like that, we put the number wherever it’s required. Your licensing board is the place to confirm.
Should past clients be on the list?
They can be, as their own group. Past clients already trust you, so they get a different script: “we did your bathroom a few years ago, is anything else on your list?” Some owners prefer to call them personally, which is fine too.
