Works with the CRM you already use

AI lead reactivation · a done-for-you service

The leads you already paid for, finally called back.

Every business has a list it stopped working: quotes that never closed, forms nobody followed up, numbers that went to voicemail once. We take that list, sort it by the consent each person gave, and work it for 30 days with AI calls, texts and emails in your name. Our AI caller books the people still interested while they’re on the phone, and anyone who texts back comes straight to you, so you can answer while they’re warm.

Hi Daniel, it's Ms. Carter from Carter Law Group. We just tried calling you. You got in touch with us about a consultation in March. Is it still on your list? Reply STOP to opt out

Yes actually. Never got around to it.

Can someone call me after 5?

Daniel Ellis repliedSent to Ms. Carter by text and email · follow-ups stopped

The offer

We work every old lead in your CRM. You get the appointments.

AI calls

A natural AI voice calls every lead who gave permission, in your business's name. It says it's an AI, asks what happened, and books the people still interested.

Texts

A short text after a missed call and a follow-up a few days later. When someone texts back, their follow-ups stop and the reply comes straight to you by text and email.

Emails

A personal note, a seasonal check-in and a last "should we close your file?" Written in your voice, approved by you before anything goes out.

The problem

Your pipeline leaks. Every single day.

1 of 5

  1. You fill it.
Ads, clicks, quotes, calls. Every lead costs you money, and lands in your CRM ready to talk.
  2. Nobody calls back in time.
Reach a lead within the hour and they're 7× more likely to qualify. Most get a call the next day, if at all.Harvard Business Review, 2011
  3. One call, then nothing.
Only 14% of people pick up an unknown number. One missed call and the lead is quietly written off.Hiya, State of the Call 2026
  4. The quote goes out. Nobody chases it.
"Let me think about it" turns into months of silence. Your CRM fills with people who were ready, just not that day.
  5. We plug the holes and pump them back.
Every lead you're allowed to contact hears from you again, and the ones still interested land on your calendar.

Your part

Here's everything you do. We handle the rest.

  1. 1

    Book a free 30-minute audit

We count your old leads, check how they signed up, and tell you the number of appointments we'd guarantee.

  2. 2

Send your list and approve the messages

Export from any CRM or spreadsheet. Read the call script, texts and emails, and tell us what to change.

  3. 3

    Answer replies and show up

When a lead texts back, the reply comes straight to you so you can answer while they’re warm. Each appointment lands on your calendar with a text and an email telling you who it is and what they asked about.

Cleaning the list, every call, text and email, a reminder the day before each appointment, and the weekly report are on us. If we miss the number, every dollar of your campaign fee comes back.

Why they went quiet

Why consultation requests go cold. Most never said no.

Four of the most common reasons consultation requests stall. None of them is “not interested”, and every one can change.

  1. 01

    They called several firms.

People with a legal problem often contact more than one firm. The one that calls back first usually gets the consultation.

  2. 02

    They worried about cost.

Retainers and hourly rates scare people off before they hear how the firm actually works or what options exist.

  3. 03

    The problem went quiet.

The other side stopped pushing, the urgency faded, or they decided to try handling it themselves for now.

  4. 04

    They weren’t ready.

Divorce, a will after a death in the family, an injury. People reach out, then step back until they can face it.

Where the leads come from

Intake forms that covered automated calls and texts are the ones we can call. Chat and directory leads often left only a number or an email, which limits how they can be contacted.

  • Website intake forms
  • Search and Local Services calls
  • Legal directory profiles
  • Referrals from other lawyers
  • After-hours chat
  • Seminar and webinar sign-ups

What your leads hear

Calm, clear, and in your name.

Every call opens the same way: who’s calling, that it’s an AI, and that the call is recorded. Then one easy question.

The first two lines

Ava · AI

Hi, this is Ava, an AI assistant calling for Carter Law Group. This call is recorded. Am I speaking with Daniel?

Thanks, Daniel. You contacted the firm a while ago about a consultation. Is that still something you’d like help with?

  • AI and recording disclosed before anything else
  • No prices, discounts or deadlines, ever
  • “No” is accepted the first time
  • Two real times from your calendar

If they say

“I don’t think I can afford a lawyer right now.”

AvaI understand. I can’t speak to fees, but Ms. Carter can explain how the firm works and what your options are in the consultation. Would Tuesday at 10 or Thursday at 3 work?

If they say

“Do I even have a case?”

AvaI can’t give legal advice, but that’s exactly what the consultation is for. Would Tuesday at 10 or Thursday at 3 work?

If they say

“I already hired another lawyer.”

AvaThanks for letting me know, and I hope it goes well. I’ll close your file.

Where it works best

Good timing helps. Fake urgency doesn’t.

Old leads respond better when there’s a real reason to hear from you. For law firms, these are the ones worth using, and only when they’re true for that person.

  • Start of the year

Many people resolve to put a will or estate plan in place in January. A check-in then is welcome, not intrusive.

  • After a life event they mentioned

A new baby, a marriage, a move, a retirement. If the intake notes mention one, it’s a respectful reason to follow up.

  • Any time, for open matters

Legal problems don’t follow a season. A plain “is this still something you need help with?” works year-round. The AI never mentions deadlines or limitation periods; that would be legal advice.

Never used: invented deadlines, “prices going up”, fake scarcity, or discounts you didn’t approve.

Law firms questions

The specifics, answered.

Do bar rules allow this?

The people we contact are ones who contacted your firm first, about their own matter, which is different from cold solicitation. Advertising and solicitation rules still vary by state, and some require a label such as “advertising material” or a disclaimer on certain communications. Your firm approves every script, text and email, and we add whatever your rules require.

Will the AI give legal advice or discuss the case?

Never. It doesn’t assess cases, mention deadlines or discuss fees. If someone starts describing their situation, it says a lawyer will go over that in the consultation and books the time.

How do you protect confidentiality?

The AI confirms it’s speaking to the right person before it says why it’s calling, and voicemails and texts never mention the type of matter. Someone else may hear a voicemail or see a phone.

What about conflict checks?

Your intake process stays the same. The AI collects the name and, in general terms, what they need help with, and books the consultation. Your team runs conflicts before the meeting as usual.
