Works with the CRM you already use
AI lead reactivation · a done-for-you service
The leads you already paid for, finally called back.
Every business has a list it stopped working: quotes that never closed, forms nobody followed up, numbers that went to voicemail once. We take that list, sort it by the consent each person gave, and work it for 30 days with AI calls, texts and emails in your name. Our AI caller books the people still interested while they’re on the phone, and anyone who texts back comes straight to you, so you can answer while they’re warm.
Hi James, it's Erin from Brightside Solar. We just tried calling you. You got in touch with us about a solar quote in March. Is it still on your list? Reply STOP to opt out
Yes actually. Never got around to it.
Can someone call me after 5?
The offer
We work every old lead in your CRM. You get the appointments.
AI calls
A natural AI voice calls every lead who gave permission, in your business's name. It says it's an AI, asks what happened, and books the people still interested.
Texts
A short text after a missed call and a follow-up a few days later. When someone texts back, their follow-ups stop and the reply comes straight to you by text and email.
Emails
A personal note, a seasonal check-in and a last "should we close your file?" Written in your voice, approved by you before anything goes out.
Guaranteed. Your number of booked appointments in 30 days, or every dollar of your campaign fee back.

The problem
Your pipeline leaks. Every single day.
1 of 5
- You fill it.Ads, clicks, quotes, calls. Every lead costs you money, and lands in your CRM ready to talk.
- Nobody calls back in time.Reach a lead within the hour and they're 7× more likely to qualify. Most get a call the next day, if at all.Harvard Business Review, 2011
- One call, then nothing.Only 14% of people pick up an unknown number. One missed call and the lead is quietly written off.Hiya, State of the Call 2026
- The quote goes out. Nobody chases it."Let me think about it" turns into months of silence. Your CRM fills with people who were ready, just not that day.
- We plug the holes and pump them back.Every lead you're allowed to contact hears from you again, and the ones still interested land on your calendar.
Your part
Here's everything you do. We handle the rest.
- 1
Book a free 30-minute audit
We count your old leads, check how they signed up, and tell you the number of appointments we'd guarantee.
- 2
Send your list and approve the messages
Export from any CRM or spreadsheet. Read the call script, texts and emails, and tell us what to change.
- 3
Answer replies and show up
When a lead texts back, the reply comes straight to you so you can answer while they’re warm. Each appointment lands on your calendar with a text and an email telling you who it is and what they asked about.
Cleaning the list, every call, text and email, a reminder the day before each appointment, and the weekly report are on us. If we miss the number, every dollar of your campaign fee comes back.
See the full 30-day planWhy they went quiet
Why solar proposals go cold. Most never said no.
Four of the most common reasons solar proposals stall. None of them is “not interested”, and every one can change.
- 01
They wanted to see a full year of bills first.
Careful homeowners often want a summer and a winter on paper before they trust any savings estimate. By the time they had it, nobody called.
- 02
The incentive picture changed.
Federal credits, state programs and utility net-metering rules have all shifted in recent years. Some homeowners stopped to wait and see what it meant for them.
- 03
Something had to happen first.
The roof needed replacing, a tree had to come down, the HOA had to sign off, or the electrical panel was a question. Once it was solved, nobody circled back.
- 04
Too many salespeople.
Solar homeowners often hear from several companies, some of them pushy. Going quiet is the easiest way out, even for people who still want panels.
Where the leads come from
Leads who came to you directly, through your site, your ads, referrals or events, are the ones an AI can call in your name, when the form covered it. Shared leads bought from a vendor usually can’t be.
- Website and savings-calculator forms
- Door-to-door and event canvassing
- Paid social lead forms
- Referral programs
- Home and garden shows
- Shared lead vendors
What your leads hear
Calm, clear, and in your name.
Every call opens the same way: who’s calling, that it’s an AI, and that the call is recorded. Then one easy question.
The first two lines
Hi James, this is Ava, an AI assistant calling for Brightside Solar about the solar proposal we put together for you. This call is recorded.
Is solar still something you’re thinking about, or did you decide against it?
- AI and recording disclosed before anything else
- No prices, discounts or deadlines, ever
- “No” is accepted the first time
- Two real times from your calendar
If they say
“I heard the tax credit went away.”
AvaThings have changed, and I can’t speak to tax credits. Erin can rerun your proposal with what’s available today, so you’re looking at current numbers. Would Wednesday at 5 or Saturday at 10 work?
If they say
“We’re getting way too many solar calls.”
AvaI’m sorry, I know it’s a lot. We’re the company that did your proposal, and I’m only calling about that. Would you like me to close your file, or is a fresh look worth it?
If they say
“We might move in a few years.”
AvaThat’s an important thing to weigh. Erin can go over how it affects the decision, so you can decide with your timeline in mind. Would Tuesday at 6 or Thursday at noon work for a short call?

Good timing helps. Fake urgency doesn’t.
Old leads respond better when there’s a real reason to hear from you. For solar installers, these are the ones worth using, and only when they’re true for that person.
After the highest bills of the year
Late summer in hot climates, or the end of a long winter in homes that heat with electricity. The bill they just paid is real and fresh.
When their utility changes rates
Rate changes are public. If their utility has announced one, it’s a factual reason to offer an updated proposal. The AI only says it when it’s true.
When the blocker is gone
If your notes say they were waiting on a new roof or a panel upgrade, a few months later is the honest moment to ask.
Never used: invented deadlines, “prices going up”, fake scarcity, or discounts you didn’t approve.
Solar questions
The specifics, answered.
Can you call shared leads we bought from a vendor?
Not with an AI voice in your name. Shared leads usually gave consent on a comparison site, often to a long list of partners, and that generally doesn’t cover AI calls from you. We work the leads who came to you directly.
Will the AI talk about savings, payments or incentives?
No. It never estimates savings, quotes a payment or mentions an incentive. Those depend on the home, the utility and current rules, so they belong with your consultant and a fresh proposal.
What about people who signed and then cancelled?
We usually leave them out. Someone who signed and cancelled made a decision, and an AI call isn’t the right way to reopen it. If you want to try, it should be your own team.
Do you book in-home or virtual appointments?
Whichever you run. Many solar companies book a virtual proposal review first; others want everyone at the kitchen table. The AI books your format and asks whether everyone who’d sign can be there.
